NHSRII is being implemented through a Sector-Wide Approach (SWAp), which seeks to align government institutions, development partners, private sector actors, and civil society organizations around a common health sector strategy, results framework, and accountability architecture and has received financing from the World Bank and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.

The consulting services (“the Services”) include:
a. To establish and maintain a pool of qualified consulting firms that can provide demand-driven technical assistance to support implementation of NHSRII priorities and other national and subnational health sector initiatives.
The pool will serve as a strategic mechanism for rapid deployment of technical expertise to address institutional, operational, fiduciary, governance, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and systems-strengthening needs across the health sector.

1.0 INTRODUCTION
Seplat West Limited, the operator of the NEPL/Seplat Joint Venture, hereby invites interested and prequalified companies with proven experience in the Provision of Land Drilling Rigs required to execute drilling, completion, and workover operations within the Western Assets on onshore wells for a contract period of two (2) years, with an option of an additional one (1) year at the Company’s discretion.

2.0 SCOPE OF WORK
The scope of work includes the provision of a 5K / (1000-1500) HP Land drilling rig, ancillary equipment, and related services. At a minimum, the contractor is expected to supply and provide the following:
• Land Drilling Unit and Associated equipment
• Consumables / Spare parts and
• Other related equipment and personnel

The contract is expected to run for two (2) years with an option to extend for an additional one (1) year, subject to performance and project requirements.

3.0 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
